Request account deletion
How to request deletion
Send your request to welcome@sharifhouse.com from the email address connected to your Sharif House account when possible.

Identify your account
Include your full name and the email address or phone number used for your Sharif House account.

Confirm the request
Write that you want to delete your Sharif House account and associated personal data.

Verify ownership
We may ask for additional information to confirm that you own the account before deletion is completed.
We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is required for legal, security, or technical reasons, we will let you know.
What happens to your data
Data we delete
- Account profile details, such as name and email address
- Login and authentication information tied to the account
- Saved preferences and app activity linked to the account
- Messages, inquiries, reviews, or support requests linked to the account where deletion is possible
- Booking or trip-planning details submitted through the account where deletion is possible
Data we may retain
- Records required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or regulatory obligations
- Security, abuse-prevention, and fraud-prevention records
- Information needed to complete an active request or support case
- Anonymous or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
Backup copies and security logs may remain for up to 90 days before removal or anonymization. Data retained for legal or regulatory reasons is kept only for the period required for that purpose.
